Show Notes

Everybody drifts off into a daydream from time to time, but for people with ADHD constant daydreaming can be a problem (and as usual it’s a big problem for us)
This week we're putting a name to it... and we're taking about Maladaptive Daydreaming, what it is and why we do it.

You don't have to have ADHD to experience Maladaptive Daydreaming, it can be because of various other reasons such as anxiety. We'll be sharing our and personal stories with day dreaming and highlighting awareness of it, because before we discovered this….we never really knew what it was. Until now, and we’re even day dreaming during episodes. Someone send help! 😅

We'd love to heat your stories, and any tips or advice you have for us - please contact us below!

Thanks for listening to us ramble!
