🎄It’s Christmassssssssssssssss!!!🎄and that can only mean one thing... lots of festivities and amazing food!
However, the festive season can also be a stressful time of year for anyone so If your living with ADHD you may find it all overwhelming and challenging.
 In this episode were both committing to 3 pledges each that we're going (to try) and stick to this Christmas and New Year so we can survive the holiday season.
Christmas is a time to celebrate and enjoy being with the people you love, so following through with these 6 pledges this Christmas is a sure fire way to make it more bearable and enjoyable. Hopefully some of these will help you too!
