ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) can indeed have an impact on sleep patterns and quality. Many individuals with ADHD experience difficulties with sleep, including falling asleep, staying asleep, and having restful sleep. 

Good sleep is essential for productivity and mental health. We all know how we feel after a night of bad sleep, we can feel irritable, cranky and easily fly into a temper.

In this episode we also discuss our own sleeping habits and some little tips how to get better sleep hygiene.
