Shell has been consistency going to the gym now for a number of months, so we thought we'd both sit down and unpick how in the world someone who hates exercise as much as Shell has has managed to keep this consistency going for so long, even with ADHD!
It's not uncommon for individuals with ADHD to have difficulty with exercise or to feel a dislike towards it. This can be due to several factors, including challenges with motivation, difficulty sustaining interest, and a tendency to get easily bored. However, it's important to remember that exercise can have significant benefits for managing ADHD symptoms.
We talk about the positive benefits of exercise, if you have ADHD. Engaging in regular physical activity can positively impact both your physical and mental well-being.
It's no secret that the both us highly dislike exercise, so we give you some top tips that have helped us to try and enjoy exercising, so hopefully they can work for you too!
