88. All Things ADHD (Medication, Anxiety, Coaching) With Prof. James Brown From The ADHD Adults Podcast
This week we have a long awaited VERY SPECIAL guest! James Brown co- founder of https://www.adhdadult.uk/ and the ADHD Adults Podcast.
Because of ADHD it’s almost become impossible for us to put our (lack of) executive functioning skills to good use and get guests on the show.
Sparky who was late for recording and as usual James had to deal with our unprofessional behaviour. 🙈
We (finally) managed to get James and him on lots of off topic ADHD subjects (and ADHD subjects; including medication and if ADHD medication is safe, we discuss antidepressants and their negative side effects. Plus, James delves into some ADHD coaching and gives us both some amazing advice on how to cope with various situations.
This is a very valuable episode. There’s lots of interrupting, interesting discussions, laughs and overall just a great conversation. We’re so grateful to James for his giving us his time and his valuable insight to to all things ADHD.
